Having spent nearly a decade each in Silicon Valley and China, Justin has witnessed startups transform from nascent ideas into industry leaders. He has developed code, launched new companies, and collaborated with diverse teams to grow businesses from zero to millions in revenue. Notably, he played a key role in building a startup that achieved over $50 million in revenue before exiting. He has also assembled world-class teams by recruiting top talent from renowned companies such as Google, Alibaba, and eBay. Now back in Vietnam, he focuses on funding and mentoring the most promising companies in the region, driving innovation and growth within the tech ecosystem.
